One JohnCashew.ai account works on the website, in the mobile app and in ChatGPT. Sign in with the same email address everywhere.

Cannot sign in? Check the email address, look for the sign-in email in your spam folder, then write to us from the address you use.

Plans and payment

Plans are bought on the JohnCashew.ai website. Payment, invoices and sales tax are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Your plan applies on the website, in the app and in ChatGPT as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The mobile app

The JohnCashew.ai app for iPhone and Android is free to download; sign in with your JohnCashew.ai account. Nothing is sold inside the app.

The camera, photo library and microphone are used only when you choose to ask with a photo or by voice. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your phone settings.

Your data and your account
