1. The service

JohnCashew.ai answers cashew-processing questions from a knowledge base approved by JC's expert and gives access to lessons, videos, SOPs and checklists according to your plan.

Answers are educational information. They do not replace professional judgement, the manufacturer's instructions, local regulations or on-site safety procedures. Investment estimates are indicative only; official quotations and commitments are issued by JC in writing.

2. Your account

One account works on the website, in ChatGPT and in the app. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Team plans are for the members named by the contracting organisation; accounts may not be shared.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free of charge. The Pro plan is sold on the JohnCashew.ai website through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Plans are never sold inside ChatGPT or the app.

Pro renews automatically each billing period until cancelled; cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. Team plans and other services involving JC experts are provided under a separate written contract with JC.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed (chargeback), access bought with it ends immediately.

4. The mobile app

The JohnCashew.ai app for iPhone and Android is free to download and works with your JohnCashew.ai account. Nothing is sold inside the app; your plan is the same on every channel.

These terms are between you and JC. Apple and Google are not parties to them, are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide support for it; the app store's own terms of service also apply to the download.

5. Intellectual property

All content — texts, videos, SOPs, checklists, diagrams and the knowledge base — belongs to JC and its content experts and is licensed to you for your own learning and your organisation's internal operations only.

You may not copy, republish, sell, share outside your organisation, or use the content to train other AI systems. Excerpts carry invisible marks that identify the recipient, and retrieval is monitored and limited per day; unusual bulk retrieval may pause access temporarily.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access limits, extract the knowledge base systematically, access other users' data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranty that it is uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the service and these terms; material changes are announced on the website before they take effect.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country. Questions: support@johncashew.ai.
