1. Delete it yourself

Website: sign in, open Account and choose Delete my account, then confirm.

App (iPhone or Android): open Account and choose Delete my account, then confirm.

Deletion takes effect at once and ends access on the website, in the app and in ChatGPT. It cannot be undone. An active Pro subscription is cancelled at once, so you are not charged again.

2. Ask us by email

No longer able to sign in? Write to support@johncashew.ai from the email address of the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, and we complete it without undue delay and at the latest within one month.

3. What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone and company; the link to your sign-in; saved chats; learning progress, quiz results and certificates; photos you sent; your questions to the expert; notification settings and devices; and the personal details in quotation requests and consents.

4. What is kept

Payment and invoice records that tax law requires (held by Paddle and JC), without your name or email in our system. Usage statistics with no link to you. Answers already added to the knowledge base, which contain no personal data. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
